This week has been crazy busy!! I juggle so many things but the struggle is worth the reward. I’m super excited to see the next samples for @cheri_swim and to help everyone who is signing up for my @cheri_fit Holiday Challenge. @be_more_athletics is gearing up to do another charity event and my personal brand is bonkers with so much growth! I am very thankful to be surrounded by such an amazing team of people who work just as hard as I do to help me accomplish all of my dreams!. . Feeling like a lucky ducky today. I had an overwhelmingly busy day of meetings & a photo shoot! I’m wrecked now! Does anyone else feel like the days are getting shorter? Every time I look at the clock, I can’t believe how late it is! I feel like I haven’t got enough time to do everything I wanted to do, and get worried that nothing will ever get done. It’s easy to become overwhelmed by the amount of things you need or want to do, and time can slip away from you if you don’t prioritise and plan. I find that when I start feeling overwhelmed, I need to take a step back, re-think what actually needs to be done, and what can wait, and then I write a list. The list can be a “To Do” list, or writing down your goals so you can be reminded of what you truly want and what is important to you. Days where I feel like I just cannot get up and motivated, I can look back on my list and feel more on top of things with a structure to my day. When you feel you’ve lost touch with your fitness and workouts, a great way to get you started is to write a small at home workout routine, which is easy and quick enough to complete, yet challenging enough to see improvement. Stick it on your fridge or somewhere you will see it every day, and tell yourself to complete it before the day is over. After a week of doing this daily, you should begin to feel accomplished and motivated to continue a routine. I believe that anything that gets written down, becomes reality. It becomes important and relevant, and reminds you to pay attention to it.
